Studio Policies

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please take a moment to review our studio policies below. By booking with us, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings Info

Your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received. 

• Damage Deposit

A £50 refundable deposit is required with each booking. This acts as a

damage deposit to cover any potential damage that may occur while

using the studio.

• If no damages are reported following your session, the deposit will be

refunded to your original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank

2. Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from our team.

  • Enquiries or tentative dates do not count as confirmed until we provide written confirmation.

3. General Studio Rules

To maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for all guests:

  • No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the studio.

  • No alcohol or illegal substances allowed on the premises.

  • Please arrive and vacate within your allocated booking time – setup and breakdown must be included in your slot.

  • Only booked clients and essential crew should be present during the session.

  • All rubbish must be disposed of in provided bins before leaving.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

     4. Damage Policy

  • Clients are financially responsible for any damage to:

    • Studio furniture

    • Props

    • Equipment

    • Walls, flooring, or fixtures

  • Please notify us immediately if something is damaged during your session.

  • Any damage may result in full or partial loss of your deposit, and further charges may apply depending on the extent of the damage.

5. Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Rescheduling must be requested via email at least 24 hours before your booking to transfer your deposit to a new date.​

  • ​The new rescheduled date MUST be within 3 months of your original booking. 
  • You will be required to pay a new payment for any rebooking if this is rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance.

  • The payment is non-refundable.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in full charges for the session
